Terms of service

By activating a REVU.ai account you accept these terms, any order forms, and referenced policies. You must be authorized to bind your organization.

• Effective date

  The agreement begins on the date you accept an order form or first access the platform and continues for the subscription term.

• Authorized users

  Only team members you invite may access the workspace. You are responsible for their activity and compliance with these terms.

• Updates

  We may update these terms to reflect product, security, or regulatory changes. Material updates are communicated before they take effect.

REVU.ai grants a non-transferable license to use the platform within the plan limits stated in your order form.

• Permitted use

  Use the platform solely for internal business purposes. Do not resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the service.

• Usage limits

  Stay within the plan limits listed on your order form (e.g., entities, locales, users, quotas). Exceeding limits may require an upgrade or additional order form.

• Feedback

  We may use suggestions to improve REVU.ai without obligation, but we never disclose the source of customer ideas.

You own your customer data. REVU.ai processes it under your instructions and protects it with the safeguards described in our privacy policy.

• Customer data

  Everything you upload or connect remains yours. We only process it to deliver the contracted service.

• Usage data

  Aggregated metrics that help improve performance may be used, but they never include customer-identifiable content.

• Security

  REVU.ai maintains industry-grade protections including encryption, access controls, and regular third-party assessments.

• Retention and refresh

  Data retention and refresh schedules follow the plan you select (e.g., Starter 90 days, Growth 1 year, Professional 2 years, Enterprise unlimited) and are applied to all connected sources.

Fees follow the billing schedule in your order form. Subscriptions renew automatically unless either party gives notice.

• Invoices

  Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur finance charges or suspension.

• Renewals

  Subscriptions renew for the same term and plan unless you change or cancel by giving written notice 30 days ahead of renewal.

• Cancellations

  You may cancel from your account settings or by emailing legal@revu.ai. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current term unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Refunds

  Paid subscriptions are non-refundable after a free trial ends or after a renewal processes. If you cancel, service continues through the paid term without prorated refunds.

• Downgrades

  Plan reductions take effect at the next renewal. We do not prorate unused months of an active subscription.

These clauses describe liability boundaries, termination rights, and how disputes are handled under Delaware law.

• Termination

  Either party may terminate for material breach if not cured within 30 days. We may suspend access for security risks or unpaid invoices.

• Liability cap

  Each party’s cumulative liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, excluding indemnification obligations.

• Governing law

  The agreement follows the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be settled in Delaware courts unless both parties agree otherwise.
